Our 2017 Triennial Conference is designed to be all inclusive and to provide Scholars with a variety of attendance options. Whether you would like to come for the entire programme, or just one day, ALL ARE WELCOME.

Make your choices early

The programme provides a number of tour options on each of the Conference Week Days and a choice of five Field Tours. Please register early to reserve your choice.

ALL TOURS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ALLOCATED ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TOUR OPTION 2 (MERCER FARMING) ON WED, 7TH, IS FULL.

Bookings timetable

Triennial Conference Week: Bookings close on 1st April 2017.

Farming Fit For Food Conference Day: For day delegates, bookings close on 15th May 2017. For delegates requiring accommodation, bookings close on 1st April 2017. 

Payment methods

UK delegates - Payments by debit or credit card, by BACS or by cheque.
Overseas delegates - Payments by debit or credit card, or by international bank transfer (free to the receiver).

Programme changes

As circumstances for some farmer and business hosts may alter before June 2017, please note that published programmes may be subject to change at short notice. Delegates affected will be informed directly via email and the conference website.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We regret there will be no refunds after 1st April 2017, except under exceptional circumstances.
